Cornerstone Town Planning

State Administrative Tribunal Matters

The Planning and Development Act 2005 and Local Planning Schemes give power to the the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) to review decisions made by planning decision-making authorities pursuant to the Planning and Development Act 2005, Local and Region Planning Schemes and Redevelopment Acts.

Cornerstone Town Planning assists clients with applications to the SAT with a goal of obtaining approval of refusal decisions or approvals with unwarranted or inappropraite conditions.

What makes our firm unique is that we have easy access to our sister company, Cornerstone Legal, allowing us to obtain legal advice in an efficient manner. Cornerstone Legal is also available to assist with SAT mediations and matters that may go to a hearing.
